What this is
A short survey for residents to share which hazards you believe pose the greatest risk to your household, workplace, or neighborhood. Your input adds a community perspective we compare with official jurisdictional rankings.

Not a substitute for jurisdictional risk assessments or response plans
How your input will be used

Compare & contrast: We’ll compare resident rankings with township/village/city (jurisdictional) rankings to spot alignment or gaps.

Planning insight: Helps refine outreach, mitigation discussions, and preparedness education.

Priority signals: Consistently higher/lower resident concern can inform future messaging and plan updates.
How to take the survey (Excel required)

Download the Excel file. Link 👉 SURVEY

Open and read the blue instructions in the upper-left corner of the sheet.

Complete your rankings for Natural, Human-Caused, and Technological hazards as directed.

Save the file with your residential location name (e.g., HazardRanking_Sabina.xlsx).

Email the saved file to: ema@clintoncountyohio.us
We hope to have a Google Sheets option next time.
