2022 Annual EMA Recognitions
The Guardian Awards were announced by the EMA Executive Committee as an annual program to honor local responders and volunteers for their service to their community.
Chairman's Award
Recognition of excellence in actions, service, and accomplishments over the span of their
career that has contributed to the resilience and safety of the county from natural or
manmade disasters within any jurisdiction within the borders of Clinton County.
Nominations due: Complete nomination packages must be received by Clinton County EMA by physical or
electronic means no later than noon on the third (3) Thursday of October.
Guardian Award (Category: Law Enforcement Officer)
Annual award citing outstanding performance or a significant action by a LEO serving a
jurisdiction within Clinton County.
Nominations due: Complete nomination packages must be received by Clinton County EMA by physical or
electronic means no later than noon on the third (3) Thursday of October.
Guardian Award (Category: Firefighter/EMS)
Annual award citing outstanding performance or a significant action by a firefighter or EMS member serving a jurisdiction within Clinton County.
Nominations due: Complete nomination packages must be received by Clinton County EMA by physical or electronic means no later than noon on the third (3) Thursday of October.
