Clinton County Special Events, Camps, and Temporary Gatherings Coordination Form

Clinton County EMA encourages camps, festivals, fairs, youth activities, church groups, and other organized gatherings to share basic event information to help improve situational awareness and emergency coordination during severe weather, disasters, or other incidents. Information submitted through this form may assist Clinton County EMA, law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, and Public Health during emergencies affecting the county or surrounding areas. Submission of this form does not constitute event approval, permitting, inspection, or guaranteed emergency response coverage.
