EMA Volunteers will assist in the conducting of a first active aggressor exercise and operate at one of two locations (Expo Center parking area at the Fairgrounds or the Wilmington High School).  Members will support the Exercise Director (Marc Burdiss, PSI) with coordination of role players, staging vehicles, safety briefing, note taking, communications, et cetera).
