Opportunity for pre-cleared business and school partners to observe the Blanchester School District Exercise (Hitachi and Clinton County based school districts).  Observers must RSVP and will be provided hi-viz safety vests to identify them as non-players.  Please contact EMA at (937) 382-6673 if you have not already been cleared to be an observer and fall outside the two groups listed above.
