BOX-14 Parade Night: Final Ride-Along Details

We’re set for the Wilmington Holidazzle Parade this Saturday night, and everyone who signed up to ride the BOX-14 float is good to go. Here are the final details so the evening runs smooth:

📍 Meeting Location:

185 Park Drive – all the way at the end of the street, at the storage unit.

⏰ Arrival Time:

Please be there no later than 6:30 PM. We’ll stage quickly and head into lineup shortly after.

🚗 Parking:

Plan to park outside the gate. Space inside will be tight once we start hooking up and moving equipment.

🧥 Dress for the Cold:

It’s going to be chilly. Dress warm, layer up, and think ahead about comfort. Blankets are a solid idea—whether you plan to sit on one or wrap yourself in one during the slow roll through town.

🍬 Handouts:

Yes—we do have hand-outs for the parade, and we’ll go over the safe-handout plan before stepping off.

🚚 Driver:

The plan is for Marti to drive the truck unless Mike is able to go. Either way, the truck will be staged and ready when you arrive.

Tom will tow the trailer with his EMA vehicle.

This parade is a great chance to show the county who we are and to build a little more community connection heading into 2026. Thank you all for stepping up and making BOX-14 visible, engaged, and strong.
