Clarksville Community to Gather for Memorial Service Honoring Fire Victims
The Village of Clarksville will host a community memorial service on Tuesday, 10 March at 6:00 PM to honor the victims of the recent fire tragedy. Mayor and members of the Clarksville Village Council invite residents and surrounding communities to attend this time of remembrance and support.
The service will take place at the Clarksville Gym, 228 E. Main Street, Clarksville, Ohio, and will provide an opportunity for the community to come together in reflection, prayer, and solidarity with those affected.
The evening will begin with a brief program that will include speakers, music, and prayer. Following the program, the Village will issue a proclamation requesting that flags be lowered to half-staff in honor of the victims. The ceremony will conclude with the lowering of the American flag, symbolizing the community’s collective respect and remembrance.
Events like this allow neighbors, friends, and families to stand together during difficult times. The memorial service is intended to provide a space for reflection, support, and unity as the Clarksville community remembers those who lost their lives.
Community members are encouraged to attend and show their support for the families and loved ones impacted by the tragedy.
