Sabina Water Update

From the Village of Sabina: Water Main Break Update

We are pleased to report that the break has been located and repairs have been completed.

At this time, our water plant operators are working to refill approximately 12 miles of water lines throughout the Village and restore pressure to the water tower. This process takes time and cannot happen instantly.

We are asking all residents to please conserve water and only use it when absolutely necessary until pressure has been fully restored. Excessive water usage during this time will slow the refill process and prolong low-pressure conditions throughout the Village.

Based on current estimates, we are hopeful that normal water pressure will be restored by approximately midnight, though it may take longer depending on system conditions and water demand.

We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.
