SR 350 Road Improvement Project
Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) Complete – Paving Operations to Begin
Dear Residents, Property Owners, Businesses, Emergency Personnel, and Community Members,
We are pleased to announce that the Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) portion of the State Route 350 Improvement Project has been completed. We would like to thank everyone for their patience and cooperation throughout this phase of construction.
Our crews are now preparing for the next major phase of the project.
Upcoming Paving Operations
Beginning Monday, July 27, paving operations are scheduled to start on State Route 350, weather permitting. During this phase, crews will be placing asphalt across the full width of the roadway. Due to the nature of this work, traffic delays and temporary access restrictions should be expected throughout the work zone.
While every effort will be made to maintain access to homes and businesses whenever possible, there may be periods when vehicles cannot safely enter or exit driveways while paving equipment is directly in front of an entrance. If you anticipate needing to leave during paving operations, we encourage you to plan accordingly.
Important Safety Information
For the safety of the public and our construction crews, please observe the following:
The roadway remains closed to through traffic. Only authorized construction vehicles and approved local traffic will be permitted.
Do not drive on freshly placed asphalt until it has been opened to traffic by project staff. Fresh pavement can be damaged easily and may create unsafe conditions.
Please obey all road closure signs, barricades, and construction personnel at all times.
Reduce your speed when traveling near the work zone and remain alert for construction equipment entering and exiting the roadway.
Never attempt to drive around barricades or construction equipment.
We appreciate the continued patience and cooperation of our residents, businesses, emergency services, and the traveling public as we complete this important roadway improvement project.
Additional project updates will be provided as construction progresses.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
Sincerely,
Rylee Ankeney
