From your SR-350 Project Team:
Residents, and community members,
We would like to provide an update on the ongoing improvements to State Route 350. Following our recent Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) test stripe we will be moving forward with the next phase of construction. Beginning Thursday, June 25th , crews will start the full FDR process along SR 350. This operation is a major step in rebuilding and strengthening the roadway by reclaiming the existing pavement and base materials to create a more durable foundation for the final surface. Avoid traveling on the edge of the treated surface. Limited, low speed, light vehicle traffic (under 5 tons) may be permitted during curing.
To help minimize the impact on residents and local traffic, the FDR process will be completed on one side of the roadway at a time, rather than across the full width of the road. By limiting construction to one lane at a time, we aim to reduce disruptions and maintain as much access as possible throughout the project. While this phased approach will lessen the burden on residents, it will not eliminate all inconveniences. There may still be periods during the workday when access to and from residences could be temporarily restricted as crews work directly in front of driveways or along adjacent sections of the roadway.
We want to assure all residents that continuous access will remain available for emergency services, mail delivery, and trash pickup, as outlined in previous project notices. Our team is coordinating closely to ensure these essential services can continue safely and without interruption.
As construction progresses, we ask for your patience and cooperation. Please use caution when traveling through the work zone, follow all posted signs, and be mindful of flaggers and construction personnel. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we work to improve the safety and longevity of SR 350 for everyone in the community.
We will continue to provide schedule updates as the project moves forward. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the project team.
Thank you for your continued patience and support.
Sincerely,
Rylee Ankeney
