This is your Stay Weather Aware (SWA) message for Monday (24 July) and Wednesday (26 July).


The NWS has published a OnePager indicating the risk of severe weather for Clinton County.


Timing:

  • Monday afternoon and evening (MARGINAL Risk [1 on a scale of 5]).

  • Wednesday afternoon and into the night (MARGINAL Risk [1 on a scale of 5]).

Hazards & Impacts:

  • Damaging Winds

  • Large Hail

  • Downed trees and minor structural damage

  • Possible limited power outages from downed trees

Recommendation: Review actions listed under keywords SEVERE and POWER at https://www.cc-ema.org/prepare.
