  • WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY in effect from Midnight Tuesday (24 Jan 2023) to 1 pm on Wednesday (25 Jan 2023). Accumulations of 2 to 4 inches of snow forecasted for Clinton County.

* Rapidly accumulating snow possible late tonight into Wednesday.

As of 6:50 am, 24 January 2023: Timing has advanced with impacts arriving between 1 and 4 am early on Thursday morning. 72-hour snowfall forecast indicates 4-6 inches of snow expected.
